At Hero11, user trust, data security, and operational transparency are the foundation of everything we build. Millions of players across India rely on our platform daily for fantasy cricket, sports leagues, online slot machines, and live casino entertainment. We take that responsibility seriously.

Whether you are downloading the Hero11 apk, entering a high-stakes Hero11 IPL contest, or requesting a fast cash payout, our platform operates under strict fair play standards, bank-level encryption, and legal compliance.

1. Our Core Pillars of Trust

Bank-Grade Data Encryption (SSL / TLS)

Your privacy and security are completely protected on Hero11 official.

• 256-Bit SSL Encryption: All sensitive communication—including password data, account credentials, and personal profiles—is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL protocols.

• Secure Data Servers: Our servers are guarded by multi-layer firewalls, DDoS protection, and continuous monitoring systems to prevent unauthorized access or data leaks.

• Strict Privacy Policy: We never sell, lease, or share your personal contact information with third-party advertising networks.

Safe, Instant & Verified Transactions

Financial integrity is at the center of the Hero11 app experience.

• Trusted Payment Gateways: We integrate exclusively with certified, RBI-compliant payment solutions including UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), BHIM, Net Banking, and Debit/Credit cards.

• Instant Direct Withdrawals: Winnings earned from fantasy matches, slot games, or casino tables are transferred directly to your verified bank account or UPI ID with zero delay.

• Zero Hidden Charges: Total transparency on deposits, entry fees, and withdrawals—what you win is what you keep.

100% Fair Play & Certified RNG

We guarantee an equal playing field for every single user on the platform.

• Certified Random Number Generator (RNG): All online slot machines and digital table games on Hero11 use independently audited RNG software, ensuring that every spin, card deal, and outcome is entirely random and unbiased.

• Transparent Fantasy Scoring: Points earned in Hero11 fantasy cricket and sports matches are calculated using real-time live match statistics provided by official sports data feeds.

• Anti-Fraud & Anti-Collusion Monitoring: Automated algorithms monitor match entries, team creations, and casino play 24/7 to identify and block suspicious activities, bot usage, or multiple-account manipulation.

2. Identity Verification & Account Safety (KYC)

To maintain a lawful and clean gaming environment, Hero 11 enforces strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification:

1. Age Verification (18+ Only): Real-money gaming is strictly restricted to legal adults aged 18 and above.

2. PAN & Bank Verification: Quick, hassle-free PAN and bank account verification ensures that withdrawals are safely transferred to the rightful account owner.

3. One Account Per User: Strict system rules prevent single users from holding duplicate accounts to manipulate referral bonuses or contest leaderboards.

3. Responsible Gaming Commitment

We encourage all players to enjoy fantasy sports and online games as a form of healthy entertainment. Hero11 actively promotes responsible play:

• Deposit & Entry Limits: Players can set daily or monthly deposit limits to manage their gaming budget effectively.

• Self-Exclusion Options: Users can request temporary or permanent account pauses at any time if they feel their gaming habits require a break.

• Budget Awareness: We regularly remind users that gaming involves financial risk and should never be used as a source of guaranteed income.

4. Compliance & Legal Framework

• Game of Skill: Fantasy sports played on Hero11 are recognized as games of skill under Indian jurisprudence. Success depends heavily on a player’s analytical knowledge, strategy, and understanding of cricket and real-world sports dynamics.

• State Regulations: In compliance with regional laws, real-money paid contests on Hero11 are disabled in states where local regulations restrict cash-based skill gaming (including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Telangana).
